well if it really is Caliber, then i did remember to change is IP lol, cheked it, its not an ip from caliber, tho he have changed multiple times

It's all possible. Perhaps it's not him, perhaps it is him. Maybe he changed his IP address, maybe he went to some internet cafe or something and registered there to post this, maybe he went over to a friends house to do so, who knows.

he has multiple accounts on here. he told us at the meetting that he could still get on the forum despite his ban (mizz banned only 2 of his IPs) and that we would never expect it lol. so that just means we hold off on approval until mizz takes a look

yeah i know krazy ^^ i just wanted to point out that we can't be 100% sure ^^

lol if he doesn't accept the ban, give him more o_O he got banned for a reason, he should respect it or i would say leave, but i'm in no position to make such a decision
